Growing up was excruciating for me.

High school was probably the worst years of my life, my parents went through a divorce, I was broken emotionally.

From that point forward till about 25 years old I went homeless, I jumped from bad relationship to bad relationship, getting my emotional self destroyed.  I never understood why this was happening or how to deal with it.

It got so bad that I was temporarily exhibiting the symptoms of PTSD, if that is even a real thing. I would have random panic attacks, lose control of myself for no reason and break down and cry.

From friends, to family, to business ventures, I was always ending up feeling manipulated, feeling crazy, feeling like my viewpoints were rejected or twisted by these people. Some of them were so skilled in setting things up that you wouldn’t believe it.

I eventually began to see specific patterns emerge in the types of people I was getting involved with. They would do the same things, they would say the same things, they would act the same way, they would say similar phrases. They would say things like “you’re not successful enough for me to be with you”, “You will fall flat on your face when you start your own company”, “you are crazy and making things up, its all in your head.”

I sought out answers, I googled everything from how to deal with narcissists, dealing with alcoholic girlfriends, how to deal with manipulative people, it consumed me, all the while I was not advancing in any way in my career. Instead I fell further and further down the rabbit hole.

I remember when I was living in Los Angeles I was seeing a therapist, who eventually told me to go on drugs, I told her no thanks and I left the office and never came back. I did not believe that I could be fixed with a drug, so I ended up searching further.

I moved randomly to Trinidad and Tobago which worked for a while, until I found myself in another bad situation. Finally one day at my last job, a friend introduced me to a book that literally gave me all of the answers I was looking for.

It laid out in front of me a complete understanding of people. 100%. Definitive like 1 + 1 = 2. With it, I was able to identify people and predict behavior.

It gave me solidity. It gave me confidence. It gave me a very precise understanding of individuals in life. And no matter what situation I ever go through in my life, I refer to this information at least 3 or 4 times per week.

This information was contained in a book by L. Ron Hubbard called Self Analysis. It literally saved my life because it helped me learn how to understand people.

Ever since reading it, if I got involved with someone who didn’t have my best interests at heart, I would detect it a lot faster and I would not be affected by it and I could get out and protect myself. I wasn’t shown that growing up—no one teaches you those things.

This book solves and gives you clarity on people. What someone will say. What they can consistently act like. How to talk to them. How to handle them. It is really just a life saver. And it was the one book that literally changed everything for me in business, changed everything for me in relationships, how I deal with family, all of that stuff.

I recommend you check it out and if it’s something that might help you, because it helped me and still helps me to this day.

The data that’s in this book saved my life hundreds of thousands of times in business and relationships and everything.

If you’re in a bad relationship, people making you feel bad, you’re getting stuck and it’s just not feeling good, this book is a game changer.

Right now Self Analysis is available direct from its nonprofit publisher which includes free shipping and free coaching for only $20. That’s what I’d recommend you start with so you can get maximum benefit from this knowledge:
